Shipping Methods & Transit Times (Domestic Only)

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Transit times begin once your order has shipped.

• FedEx Standard Ground: 2–7 business days in transit
• FedEx Express: 1–4 business days in transit
• FedEx Overnight: 1 business day in transit

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.

U.S. Shipping Costs

• Free standard ground shipping on orders over $175
• Standard Ground: $10–$15, depending on location
• Express: Cost varies by location
• Overnight: Cost varies by location

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Saturday delivery is not available.

 

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of a package from DE:Part, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse via our default carrier. Once received, you will be refunded for the merchandise and applicable taxes, minus the round-trip shipping costs (to your address and back to our warehouse).

If expedited shipping was selected, those charges will not be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
