SHIPPING METHODS/TRANSIT TIMES(DOMESTIC ONLY):

FEDEX STANDARD GROUND: 1-2 business days processing plus 3-5 business days in transit 

FEDX EXPRESS: Same day (business day) processing plus 1-3 business days in transit

FEDEX OVERNIGHT: Same day (business day) processing plus 1 business days in transit

Orders received after 2PM (PST) will be processed on the following business day. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders received on these days will be processed on the following business day.

 

U.S. SHIPPING COSTS:

FREE for orders over $175.

The following options are available for shipping in the US:

-Standard Ground: $10.00- $15.00 depending on location.

-Express cost is subject to location.

-Overnight cost is subject to location.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

 

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:

If you refuse delivery of any package from DE:Part, our default carrier FedEx, will return the package to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, less the round-trip costs for shipping to your address and returning back to DE:Part office. If you paid for expedited shipping, this will not be included in your refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
