ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
DE:Part offers returns and exchanges on all merchandise started within 14 days of the delivery date, less $10 handling fee. We do not charge handling fee for exchanges or store credit full priced items.
All sale items marked Credit/Exchange are available for store credit or exchange only.
All sale items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for return at any time. No exceptions.
Using our welcome discount codes and specific one-time use special codes will not mean your purchase is non-returnable. Feel free to reach out to Customer Service (contact@departdenim.com) if you are having trouble with returning your order if all you used is a welcome or a special code!
* Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.
* Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached.
* Upon receipt of returned goods, DepartDenim.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
MODIFIED POLICY:
If you return more than $7,500 in a 12-month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.
How to send back your return or exchange and pack your item(s) and start your return at Loop and indicate the reason for return. Please note that a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges on full priced merchandise do not need to pay handling fee.

Drop off the package at a FedEx store closest to you.

Allow 7-10 days from the day DE:Part receives back the package for us to complete your refund or online store credit.

If you prefer not to use the Loop return label, you may mail your return to the address below. This option qualifies for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for tracking and securing your shipment. Email us once your package has been sent.
