Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

DE:Part accepts returns and exchanges initiated within 60 days of delivery.

  • A $8.95 return fee will be deducted from refunds
  • Exchanges and store credit on full-priced items are free
  • Sale items marked Credit/Exchange are eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • Sale items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. No exceptions
  • Using welcome or one-time promotional discount codes does not make your order final sale

If you experience any issues when starting a return using a welcome or promotional code, please contact Customer Service at contact@departdenim.com.

Additional return conditions:

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached
  • DE:Part reserves the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet these requirements

 

Modified Return Policy

Customers who return more than $7,500 in merchandise within a 12-month period may be subject to a modified return policy. If this applies to you, our team will contact you directly.

 

How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

  1. Start your return or exchange through Loop and select the reason for your return
  2. Pack your item(s) securely for shipment
  3. Drop off your package

Please note:

  • A $10 return fee applies to refunds
  • Exchanges on full-priced merchandise do not incur a return fee

Once DE:Part receives your return, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.

 

Returning Without a Loop Label

If you prefer not to use the Loop return label, you may ship your return using your own carrier. This option qualifies for a full refund.

You are responsible for tracking and securing your shipment. Please email us once your return has been sent.
