To start a return or exchange, please email Customer Service Here with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DE:Part accepts returns and exchanges initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- We offer free returns and exchanges on regular priced items
- Sale items marked Credit/Exchange are eligible for store credit or exchange only
- Sale items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. No exceptions
- Using welcome or one-time promotional discount codes does not make your order final sale
If you experience any issues when starting a return using a welcome or promotional code, please contact Customer Service.
Additional return conditions:
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached
- DE:Part reserves the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet these requirements
MODIFIED RETURN POLICY
Customers who return more than $7,500 in merchandise within a 12-month period may be subject to a modified return policy. If this applies to you, our team will contact you directly.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)
- Pack your item(s) securely for shipment
- Drop off your package
Once DE:Part receives your return, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
